Cupping

Cupping Therapy is used to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and deep tissue message.  Cupping involves placing cups made of glass or plastic on the skin to create suction.  A rubber pump is used to create a vacuum inside the cup.  Cupping uses negative pressure to lift the muscle fibers and draw blood to the treated area.  The bottom layer of skin is pulled in the cups and held in place for a small amount of time.
